This family owned and operated pizza restaurant and bar was established 22 years ago and is a favorite gathering place for local residents of all ages. The owners were able to maintain fine balance between family restaurant and a sports bar. The restaurant has full-liquor ABC 47 license. They can seat up to 88 people, have 2 pool tables, juke box and games. The restaurant has almost 1000 sq. ft. fully equipped kitchen with 15 ft. hood and walk-in freezer. Everything they serve is made from scratch based on well-tested recipes.

Besides serving food in-house they also do catering that brings in additional $3K-5K per month. They are authorized catering vendor for very large Kaiser Permanente hospital, nurses union, FedEx, Target, Nestle, Hyundai, Evenflow, etc. Catering part of the business has tremendous opportunity for expansion - it can be easily expanded to $10K per month. They also have one reseller who brings in around $2K per month. Games give them $1000-1500 per mo.

The business can be increased by expanding catering service, adding pizza delivery. Current liquor sales is only 10% of total volume. It can be reasonably increased. Current owner has some other ideas that may generate more business and will share them with the buyer.
