We have a client who is seeking to acquire a small bank in the USA, preferably Western US. Target price is under $10M. We can also consider a minority share in larger bank with effective control. Serving Hispanic community is a plus. It shouldn't have substantial bad debt or much non-performing assets. Please let me know if you have anything that fits this criteria.
